FAQ

Frequently asked

Is it really free?

Yes. Writing down your numbers and looking back at them are free for good, with no limit on how often.

How many symptom checks does the Free plan include?

Once a month. Plus allows 20 times a day and Premium 50 times a day.

How do I cancel?

Anytime — App Store > Subscriptions on iPhone, or Google Play > Subscriptions on Android. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Can it tell me what is wrong with me?

No. It suggests whether to see someone and which clinic, and gives reference information about your symptoms. Identifying an illness and prescribing are for a doctor.

Does my data go to other companies?

Only when you use the symptom check or photograph a medicine: the content is sent to the providers that process it (Google and Anthropic, in the United States). Your name and date of birth are not sent. Nothing is shared for any other purpose — see the privacy policy for the detail.
